About ME

Designer | Knitwear Expert | Natural Dyer | Textile Artist | Tree Hugger

>>> I am many things, but above all I am a craftswoman.

Of my many specialties, each is a skilled trade learned only through time, and the patient process of trial and error.

I appreciate functional, yet effortless design with details that delight the consumer and bring ease to their day (yay pockets!!).

I believe in quality, the kind that gets handed down for generations.

I want to create with a purpose; Garments that give the wearer a sense of investing in a more intentional way of living, made with practices that align with the change they want to see in the world.

Most of my industry experience as a design professional has been under the fast-fashion umbrella, but my objective is to shift my focus to a brand with sustainability and inclusivity as a pillar of it’s core values.

>>> A little background info on me: I was born and raised in Minnesota, in an area straddling the city life and the great outdoors. This gave me a deep respect for nature and the simpler things in life, but also a Midwest work ethic and a hunger for a diverse and creative lifestyle. Currently, I live and work in Brooklyn, NY but am open to relocating for the right opportunity.
